If you feel our product is faulty, we will happily replace your goods or refund your money subject to the following -
1. Please email us at email@example.com advising us of your concerns within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
2. Goods will not be refunded if you change your mind or 48 hours has passed since receipt of the goods.
3. Goods need to be returned within 48 hours to the Mossy Conservatory after we have agreed to accept the return of the goods.
4. Once received and we are satisfied with your concerns we will replace the goods or refund the purchase price and delivery charge within 7 days.
PLEASE NOTE - WE WILL ALWAYS WORK WITH YOU TO SOLVE ANY PROBLEMS - PLEASE BE KIND AND REMEMBER WE ARE PROVIDING A FRESH PRODUCT THAT IS SENSITIVE TO ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS.
