1. Please take care providing correct delivery details - this will ensure a seamless delivery.
2. Order before 1pm for same day delivery to most villages. If it is passed 1pm and you would like delivery that day, please phone the store to discuss whether we can arrange delivery for you.
3. Normal hours of delivery are 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 1pm Saturdays. We are closed Sundays & public holidays.
4. Delivery charges are determined according to the village and delivery costs will be added at check out.
5. if no-one is home - flowers will be left in a safe/shaded spot in water.
6. If incorrect delivery details are given or we are unable to gain access - locked gates, no buzzer, angry dogs etc..- we may return the product to our store. You will be contacted to arrange re delivery which may incur a re delivery fee.
7. If you choose not to pay the re delivery fee and prefer a refund under the above circumstances, we will refund 75% of the flower value - the remainder is kept to cover our time making your arrangement. However we will not refund the delivery charge as we have attempted to do so.
8. Please include any specific instructions in our notes section when placing your order that you feel would be helpful for our delivery person.
